Today, we’re sitting down with IMPACT agent, Stephanie Brannon.

After working in commercial finance for 20 years, Stephanie decided to begin a career in Real Estate. After receiving her real estate license in 2017, Stephanie partnered with IMPACT agent, Heather Moulden, to create their team: Simply Sold Again. Stephanie works with integrity, passion, and never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face.

Why do you love IMPACT Properties?
I love IMPACT Properties because of its people. I like what they stand for, and I love the fact that we all adhere to common core values. This is what sets IMPACT Properties apart from other Real Estate companies.
What is your favorite aspect of IMPACT Properties?
The continued training is my favorite aspect of IMPACT Properties. One of the things that sets IMPACT apart from other Real Estate Brokers is they really invest in training their agents. They give their agents the tools and resources to be successful. It’s not this sense of “sink or swim, here you go.” Instead, they are constantly investing in us. They are innovative and strive to keep us on top of what is happening out in the market. They work hard to train us on anything that might be of value.
Why did you join IMPACT Properties?
Aaron, the broker of IMPACT Properties, was my first contact with IMPACT Properties. When I reached out to him, he immediately got back to me. This was comforting, knowing that the broker is somebody who is so readily available and follows up. We talked on the phone on a Friday and set up a meeting the following Monday. Meeting with him, I gained such a comfort-level with what IMPACT’s doing and the vision of IMPACT. I had this sense of excitement and just wanting to start this journey. That is what sealed the deal for me.
What makes IMPACT Properties different?
They care. Whether they care about us as an agent or about the community that they live in, work in, and sell homes in, they care. This is something that you cannot teach, but it’s something that is in your core. So that is what sets IMPACT apart—every person cares about one another.
