Experienced agents begin at an 85/15 split and move to a predictable post-cap transaction fee once the annual company-dollar cap is reached.

Your cap resets each 12-month anniversary year.
Flat fee per closed side, including leases, for the rest of your anniversary year.
The Mentor Program is required, provided at no cost, and is separate from the optional Real Estate Marketing University.
A two-person 50/50 partnership shares one combined cap. For a Team Leader structure, every additional member adds $7,500 to the combined team cap.
Each team member pays the Team Leader a minimum of 10% of Gross Closed Commission on every check, including after that member reaches their individual cap.

Sponsoring agents receive 10% of the company dollar their sponsored agent actually pays, distributed monthly, up to $1,500 per year. If a sponsored agent pays $8,000 in company dollar, the sponsor receives $800. If the sponsored agent reaches the full $15,000 cap, the sponsor receives $1,500.
Agents who take on a pivotal role in the company may qualify for a $3,000 annual credit toward their cap. Current qualifying roles include:
$125 per month for each licensed agent and team member.
IMPACT Properties may reimburse newly hired agents for marketing materials to help with their transition. Reimbursement is paid from the agent's first closing, and the amount varies by production and experience.
The Commission Disbursement Authorization is sent directly to escrow, and commission checks are paid directly to agents from escrow. IMPACT Properties does not provide permanent office space, but company offices are available for meetings as needed.
This optional training program is separate from the required Mentor Program. The one-time fee is $1,200: $600 at enrollment and $600 at the agent's first closing.
