History of Impact
On March 7, 2013 Aaron Zapata founded IMPACT Properties and opened their first office in Yorba Linda at the Lakeview Professional Center.
Mr. Zapata had previously worked with Prudential California Realty but was inspired to open his own firm where he could hire and train the best agents in the industry.
In January 2017 IMPACT took over the management of Santa Fe Springs’ #1 Real Estate Company, Pondoff Realty as the beloved owner, Nick Pondoff retired. Pondoff was started in 1955 and has been a placeholder in the community for over 60 years.
In February 2017, the main office was relocated from Yorba Linda to Placentia to move into a great office space better suited for their growth and their expanding team of professionals. Currently, the company has nearly 30 agents and services all of Southern California.
In late December 2018, IMPACT Properties opened a Franklin, Tennessee office to service their clients that were moving to Tennessee from California. Aaron Zapata, is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and co-manages a Facebook group of over 17,000 people consisting of people in CA planning a move to TN.
From 2020 through 2023 IMPACT saw rapid growth in sales as interest rates dropped to historical lows and Work From Home corporate policies opened the doors for people to live anywhere in the country.
