Born a midwesterner, Joel brings his natural patience, warmth and charm to the well-established reputation of IMPACT Properties. He is a hardworking mediator who is passionate about helping people through life’s tough decisions.

With a background of 15+ years in the music business, Joel brings a fresh perspective to the real estate industry contributing his vast knowledge of community involvement, local education systems, sales and business development. He can sometimes be seen performing music on upright bass at local venues, events, and even open houses.

In deciding where to establish his career and continual involvement in real estate, Joel chose to be a part of the mission-driven effort of the IMPACT Properties team. Because of the team’s dedication to upholding core values and standards, Joel is enthused about protecting and maximizing real estate relationships and fully supports the company’s commitment to its clients, affiliates, and employees.
