I Love Impact Properites: Isaac Lewis

Isaac-Lewis

It’s time to continue our I Love IMPACT series, a campaign highlighting our amazing agents and their thoughts on working at IMPACT Properties.

Today, we’re sitting down with IMPACT agent, Isaac Lewis.

Isaac is a graduate from Biola University, where he studied Business Marketing Management. He has been with IMPACT for 7 months and loves the Realtor® life.

Let’s hear what Isaac has to say:

Why do you love IMPACT Properties?

I love IMPACT Properties because the culture of this company is amazing. Nowhere else can you find a company where the CEO, along with everyone cares so much about the success of each other’s career. The agents here are so authentic, caring, encouraging, motivating, and generous with their time, resources, and knowledge. Our broker, Aaron Zapata, puts a huge emphasis on our own growth and cares about training everyone from the newest to the oldest agent. Through the companies core values and interactions with each other, it is clear that this is a company that pushes its agents to grow not only in their business but also individually through mental, spiritual, and emotional success.

What is your favorite aspect of IMPACT Properties?

My favorite aspect of IMPACT is that if I don’t know something or I need help with something I have no doubts that I can go to any agent to ask and receive help. This company is truly about teamwork and that is a spectacular irony in a self-employed business environment

Why did you join IMPACT Properties?

Through meeting Aaron a while back I knew right off the bat that I wanted to be a part of IMPACT Properties. It was clear through his humility and emphasis on company-wide growth that this was a place I could join and grow to have the success I want.

What makes IMPACT Properties different?

IMPACT truly is here to help people, whether it’s their clients or agents. We value taking care of people in any way we can. At IMPACT, we are here to serve and make a difference in our communities.
